I’m Christy — a St. Augustine local capturing the place I’ve always called home. What started as a way to document everyday moments has grown into a deeper appreciation for the way this city feels — especially in the quieter, in-between times.

Early mornings before the streets fill. Light moving across historic walls. Details that most people walk right past.

I’m drawn to those moments — the ones that don’t ask for attention but stay with you anyway. Through this work, I hope to share a perspective of St. Augustine that feels both familiar and new.

About Me

I’m a St. Augustine native, but it wasn’t until I moved back in 2020 that I began to experience this city in a completely different way.

What once felt familiar started to feel new again —
like seeing my hometown through a different lens.

Now, it’s early morning walks through quiet streets,
sunset evenings along the beach, and slowing down enough to notice the details I once overlooked.

Life here isn’t rushed.
It’s layered, and constantly changing depending on the time of day and the light.

And more often than not, Sophie — my dog — is right there with me, leading the way to every must-sniff spot along the path.

These moments have shaped not just how I experience St. Augustine — but how I choose to capture it.
